This is the second time Crate and Barrel have screwed me up. The first time was the 1500 points they gave me after buying a couch and not telling me I had 30 days to spend. Who it the world would spend that many credits if there is no need. So that flummoxed. Then I ordered furniture through CB2. It took them four months to delivery the last piece, a night tale requiring no assembly. They called me that they were ready to deliver and told me August 3. I made arrangements to take the day off and coordinated other people to come to the house on that day. I just got a call from the CB2 delivery telling me they were delivering August 4th. I said, no, August 3rd. I can't just take time off like that. Either August 4th or have a neighbor or someone to take the delivery. First of all I'm out in the country, and second of all I can't go around asking neighbors who don't live near me to take the delivery. I cancelled the order. They have gone the way of Sears. I'm done with them.
