Crate and Barrel CB2 Consumer Complaint
This is the second time Crate and Barrel have screwed me up. The first time was the 1500 points they gave me after buying a couch and not telling me I had 30 days to spend. Who it the world would spend that many credits if there is no need. So that flummoxed. Then I ordered furniture through CB2. It took them four months to delivery the last piece, a night tale requiring no assembly. They called me that they were ready to deliver and told me August 3. I made arrangements to take the day off and coordinated other people to come to the house on that day. I just got a call from the CB2... More...
